Job Description:

  1. Culture

    1. Focus on maximizing employee value by connecting individual employee performance with company goals

    2. Take a broader, holistic view of the business and use People tools to achieve goals

    3. Create goal-based reward systems that encourage employee initiative and dedication

    4. Support the current workforce so that there is less turnover

    5. Collaborate closely with the HR system team to ensure employee data accuracy and roll out new functionality

    6. Participate in system testing and communication planning for HR Operations related program rollouts, new systems, and processes

  2. Employee Growth

    1. Identify engagement areas and create employee experience and an environment of engagement for engineers in a proactive manner across the organization

    2. Help with people-related operations such as Probation Reports, Grievances, etc.

    3. Help recruitment with areas for attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent for Engineering and Organization

    4. Take responsibility for onboarding employees and ensuring they are briefed about existing things incrementally and have access to resources within the organization.

    5. Measure and improve employee satisfaction with data-driven reports

  3. Administration

    1. Provide monthly reports to administration and finance units related to HR functions

    2. Work with the teams and coordinate Administrative activities, Work as a touchpoint in an Organization as an Admin, Keeping the organization teams intact with any new information/notice/policies as a Communicator of the organization on behalf of the administration

    3. Contribute to the maintenance, development, review, improvement, and communication of Gurzu employment frameworks (policies and guidelines, employment contracts, and employee benefits and provisions)

    4. Draft process and steps of organization required to be followed by employees and update in the wiki, related dashboard, and processes having final approval from line manager and HOD administration

Job Specification:

  1. At least two years of proven experience in human resources or similar roles is preferred

  2. Strong management skills– highly organized, detail-oriented, able to consistently meet deadlines, and move and follow up on action items

  3. Demonstrated sound judgment, flexibility, and patience; able to exercise discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive matters

  4. Exceptional communication skills, and an ability to engage and work with diverse groups of people in an open and respectful way
